What does a home inspection cost? You don’t have to jump through hoops to find out how much you’re going to pay for gas, food or clothes. So why should it be that way in the service industry? You’re right, it shouldn’t!

High Quality Photos

A photo speaks a thousand words. All noted recommendations in your report will be annotated with red or orange shapes. That way you will know exactly what you’re looking at!

On-Site Reports

No waiting 2 or 3 days for your home inspection report. We deliver reports on-site at the end of the inspection. Reports are emailed with high quality photos and videos. Our reports are very modern and easy to read.

House Call consistently charges less for a home inspection than most home inspectors in our area. Prices are usually based on the square footage of the home. If the home is older, on piers, has multiple A/C’s, etc., prices are usually higher. Some people think the cost of the inspection would be higher for more expensive homes and much cheaper for the least expensive homes. This is not the case. A 100 year old home on piers with only 2 or 3 bedrooms, may cost over $500 to inspect. While a large new construction home may be closer to $400. The cost of the home inspection is really based on the amount of time it will take to inspect the home and deliver a quality report.

  • Square feet is total gross area of the home under the main roof, plus the garage. The Realtors MLS lists the living area only.

    Prices are also increased for the age of the home and type of foundation. Inspections take longer at older homes and homes built with a pier foundation.

    Exterior of the condos are not inspected, since these are covered by the HOA. Inspection prices increase with living area.
