So during a regular home inspection, House Call inspectors are also looking for signs of wood destroying insects. House Call inspectors will also provide the client with a WDIR (wood destroying insect report) on site, at the end of the inspection. All this is included for every home inspection for no additional cost, since we do not have to hire an outside pest company to provide the WDIR’s.
